Full Description

REPAIR HVAC CDC List of deficiencies 1. AHU/ERV #1- Micrometal/Carrier built. Equipment not reading cfm output. Control board replaced and programmed. Micrometal and Carrier pointing fingers at each other. No resolution. 2. VAV # supplying front office failed communication. 3. Chilled water system pressure reduction. BOS contractor added dye and states no leak. No expansion tank on system. Possible need to have Mech engineer review drawings and provide determination on need for expansion tank. 4. AHU’s drain design not allowing proper drainage. 5. Replace broken door hinges on AHU 6. Siemens DDC comm issues with AHU’s and chilled water pumps/vfd’s. 7. Exhaust fans/Intake louvers dampers/actuators failed.
