The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the Great Lakes Acquisition Center, intends to enter into a sole source contract with Press Ganey Associates, Inc. for patient experience surveys at the Jesse Brown Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. These services will involve the development and implementation of systematic surveys that provide timely and actionable patient satisfaction data. This data can be benchmarked against both private sector and other VA integrated network proprietary datasets. The Jesse Brown VAMC holds MAGNET recognition by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, which requires the use of approved vendors for patient satisfaction surveys. Press Ganey Associates, Inc. is approved by ANCC and can meet the requirement of continuously providing data for eight rolling quarters, which is essential for maintaining MAGNET status. This procurement follows the FAR 8.405-6 Limited Source Justification Approval, indicating that no other vendor can meet the specialized requirements of this contract. Although this notice is not a competitive solicitation and no bids are being solicited, other firms that believe they can meet the contract requirements are invited to submit a written capability statement by the specified deadline, demonstrating clear and compelling reasons why competition would benefit the government. Responses must include evidence of access to proprietary benchmarking data and be submitted via email or fax to the contracting specialist. Phone inquiries or requests will not be accepted. If no suitable responses are received, the agency will proceed with sole source negotiations with Press Ganey Associates, Inc.
