Full Description

The USPFO New Jersey National Guard, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to award a sole source contract to Titan Outdoor Holding INC for advertising on NJ Transit Commuter vehicles, that travels in selected area of New Jersey and the Tri State areas. The advertisement will consist of but not limited to vehicle wraps. The Titan Outdoor Holding currently has an exclusive contract in place with the NJ Transit to provide this service to all Trains, busses and Light rail vehicles to include stations, platforms bridges and other NJ Transit facilities . At the current time the sole source determination is based on FAR 6.302-1 only one source can satisfy agency requirements. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541840. This is not a request for quote (RFQ). However, companies that can provide an equal product may submit their technical capabilities to include complete and detailed technical specifications of their supplies and services, past performance information, price, and delivery time capability within (10) calendar days of the date of this announcement. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail; no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
