The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office Procurement Operations (OPO) intends to negotiate a sole-source purchase order for participation in a full year of the Diversity Leaders Power Conference (DLPC). The conference consists of a fall and spring recruiting season. Each season consists of seven (7) conferences total in any of 27 markets of DHS? choosing. The events essentially target members of protected minority classes. This conference provides DHS an opportunity access to a pool of potential recruits in various fields, as requested by the agency. These recruits consist of individuals from that are currently Undergraduate students, enrolled in graduate programs, or working professionals. This action will be awarded on a firm-fixed basis for a total award amount of $24,999.00. This notice does not constitute a request for quotation (RFQ); however, the government may, at its sole discretion review information submitted in response to this notice. Descriptive literature, in the form of a capabilities statement (limited to no more than 2 pages, 1-sided), may be submitted by interested parties. Information provided in response to this notice may be considered in future procurements. Please submit any and all responses within three (3) days of this notice.
