Full Description

The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to: Live Nation Entertainment, INC. 9348 Civic Center Drive Lobby, Beverly Hills, CA. 90210-3624; for marketing and advertising within the Xfinity Comcast Music Theatre, Hartford, Connecticut, during the 2015 Calendar year. The campaign consists of advertising signs and opportunities in support of the Connecticut Army National Guard. The above referenced company owns the exclusive advertising rights to the above referenced location. In absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under FAR 13.106(b)(1). Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. All qualified sources must respond not later than 10:00 am, April 30th 2015.
