Ellensburg, WA 98926, as the only responsible source, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, to provide law enforcement services on lands administered by the BLM within Kittitas County, WA. Services will be provided from October 1, 2012, through September 30, 2014, and include three (3) additional one-year option periods through September 30, 2017. The Kittitas County Sheriff's Office is the only responsible source that has jurisdiction to enforce the civil and criminal laws of the State of Washington and Kittitas County on the public lands, waters, roads, and trails administered by the BLM.
