NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT- National Guard Bureau, United States Property and Fiscal Office for Oregon (USPFO for Oregon), intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Oregon School Activities Association Inc, 25200 SW Parkway Ave, Ste A, Willsonville, OR 97070-9605 to purchase an Advertising Package for the 2014-2015 sports season. The most important aspect of this procurement is that Oregon School Activities Association Inc is the sole provider and direct affiliate of the sponsorship/advertisement for the OSAA. No other company but Oregon School Activities Association Inc provides access to these events for this specific sponsorship package. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements. Oregon School Activities Association Inc is the sole provider and direct affiliate of the sponsorship/advertisement for the OSAA. No other company but Oregon School Activities Association Inc provides access to these events for this specific sponsorship package.
