Future Soldier T-shirts

The U.S. Government anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order under solicitation number PANMCC25P0000032722 for the production, printing, packing, and distribution of 75,000 US Army Future Soldier T-shirts to 69 Military Entrance Processing Stations, 38 Battalions, and the US Army Recruiting Division Headquarters. The contract is set to be a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5, with the North American Industry Classification System code 315210 and a size standard of 750 employees. The t-shirts must be unisex, 5.4-ounce, 50% cotton and 50% polyester, preshrunk, and manufactured in the United States in compliance with the Berry Amendment, featuring screen printing in specific Pantone and hex colors including Pantone 123C gold, blue, red, and white on the front, back, and right sleeve. Each shirt must be individually bagged with a size label, and shipping must adhere to strict packaging rules: boxes sent to MEPS and USARD must contain only one size, with no more than 50 shirts per box and clear size marking; shipments to battalions may be consolidated.
