This is a Pre-solicitation Notice ONLY. The United States (U.S.) Government anticipates a projected solicitation date of 31 July 2026 and projected award date of 14 August 2026, subject to change. The solicitation is expected to be for the procurement of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to support for the United States Army Recruiting Division (USARD). This requirement is for the production, printing, packing and distribution of the 75,000 US Army Future Soldier T-shirts to 69 Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS), and 38 Battalions. The anticipated lead time for delivery will be 90 days from date of award.
