Reclamation District 563 - Tyler Island Solar Array

Reclamation District 563 Tyler Island is pursuing a project to purchase 2.64 acres of land in Sacramento County, California, to construct an elevated solar array. The primary objective of this installation is to provide an alternative electrical energy source for the adjacent Tyler Island drainage pump station, which currently incurs monthly operating costs between 50,000 and 60,000 dollars.
