The Aratina Solar Project, managed by 64NB 8ME LLC (8Minute Energy), involves the construction and operation of utility-scale photovoltaic solar generation facilities in Kern County, California. The project scope includes the development of the Aratina 1 and Aratina 2 facilities, spanning over 1,059 to 1,376 acres, and includes the installation of PV arrays, energy storage systems, substations, security fences, access roads, and a 6.5-mile transmission line corridor. The project is governed by Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-KER-53288-R4 and EPIMS-KER-25818-R4, executed by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code.
