RECOVERY -- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER CONTRACT NO. W9127N-08-D-0004. Portland District Corps of Engineers intends to issue a modification to Task Order 0011 using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding under Contract No. W9127N-08-D-0004, awarded to Thomas/Wright, Inc. for quality assurance inspections on the Lower Columbia River Dredging Projects.
