We are excited to announce that the City of Columbia is transitioning to a new e-Procurement platform designed to improve efficiency, streamline communication, and enhance your overall experience working with us. To prepare for this transition, all current and prospective vendors are encouraged to complete a one-time registration in our new e-Procurement system as soon as possible. Important: The City of Columbia will continue using IonWave for all solicitations and procurement opportunities until the new e-Procurement platform is fully implemented. We currently anticipate launching the new system in early fall. Until that time, all bids and proposals must continue to be submitted through IonWave. What This Means for You: Complete a one-time registration in the new e-Procurement system. Registering now will ensure you are ready when the new platform goes live. Vendors who do not register will not receive email notifications for future procurement opportunities once the new system is launched.
