SOW from EXWC Bridge Inspection 2024: Safety Improvements • Re-lap the W-beam at the south end of the southwest guardrail. • Install Type 3 Object markers at all four corners. • Replace the guardrail end treatments in accordance with AASHTO standards. • Cover open drainage grate southeast of the bridge. Maintenance Activities • Remove debris in tubular rail posts to unclog drainage openings and allow moisture to drain. • Repair the northeast channel embankment erosion. • Clear debris from upstream steel debris screen. • Remove the overhanging tree at the downstream end of Cell 2. • Install riprap at the downstream end of the apron.
