REPAIRS TO MACHINE BUILDING SHOP, F-752

Project will replace metal roof, skylights, exterior wall panels, wall louvers, 2 manual roll-up doors; repair steel deck, trusses & purlins and steel membrane of awning; light sandblast Cee roof framings including pipe posts at awning/canopy. Additional scope of work were based on ICAP inspection and Builder Generated Requirements deficiencies of the facility. Project will perform the following: 1] Replace the H-beam columns, steel rafters, steel pipe posts, double cee girt supports, chain-link sidings and gates, continuous roof ventilators, zee girts, roof edge and corner flashings and trims, cee framings of roll-up doors, interior & exterior metal / wooden door assemblies and hardware, vinyl floor tiles and cove base, sandblasting and paintings, 2] Replace 2-each aged overhead door (manually operated) located exterior side of the building, 3] Replace 4-each window type A/C located attached to the wall of the building, 4] Replace 1-ea compressed air, unfired pressure vessels including all supported accessories located exterior side of the building,5) Electrical and lighting system of the building.
