Requirement: -Insulated -Heated -120VAC/20A outlets every 8 feet -(2) 16'x12' roll up doors (powered up) -(1) man door minimum -Main footprint 30'W x 75'L -Approach access no greater than 3% -20' height to lowest obstruction -Standard lighting -Racking provided and installed by contractor 3. Option for an additional 30'x160' connected to the 30'x75' building with four 16'x12' rollup doors
