This notice is prepared IAW RFO FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(c)(2). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.


The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price service contract for Repair Fire Alarm System at Bldg.500, Camp Zama (CZ), U.S Army Garrison Japan. Anticipated award date is around 30 Sep 2026 (subject to change).


Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to perform to replace Heating and Cooling Coil at Building No. 457, Camp Zama (CZ). The contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards and practices, and the manufacturer’s specifications.


Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to perform work in the country of Japan. Offerors must have a Japanese CAGE code.


Note 2: Personnel Qualifications. The contractor shall be responsible for their employees have the following current and valid professional Japanese certification for the entire life of this contract.


  • Plumbing Technician, grade 2 or above (2級配管技能士以上)
  • Electrician License, 2nd Class License or Higher (電気工事士2種以上)
