Full Description

The Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation (DCR), Reentry Coordination Office is requesting proposals from community Service Providers to provide a Peer Mentorship Program for Female Offenders Statewide. The initial contract term will start on February 1, 2026, or Start Date on the Notice to Proceed, for twenty-four months. The contract may be extended for two (2) additional twelve-month periods or portion thereof, subject to the availability of funds beyond June 30, 2026, and upon prior written approval. The total funding available is $600,000.00. The funding will be allocated as follows: Oahu – $200,000.00; Hawaii Island – $150,000.00; Kauai – $125,000.00; and Maui – $125,000.00 for the initial twenty-four month contract period.
