Request for Proposals (RFP) Community Engagement Services

NEST is soliciting proposals from qualified community engagement organizations to provide professional outreach services for gathering public feedback on the development of a Master Plan for a collection of parcels in Waterbury, Connecticut, historically known as the Chase Rolling Mill Industrial Complex and the Waterbury Clock Company, along with adjacent properties. The selected firm will be expected to facilitate meaningful collaboration with residents and stakeholders, listen deeply to community concerns and aspirations, organize input into coherent themes, and translate feedback into clear, actionable ideas that inform the planning process.
