The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires Software as a Service (SaaS) to manage the Resource Scheduling and Training Programs at Depot Training Academy. The services shall include configuration, implementation, training and the ability for the RCMP to effectively manage their resource pool of cadets/candidates, facilitators, facilities and equipment. The commercially available SaaS is required for approximately 30 Users and must include the following but not limited to: • Access to the Resource Scheduling SaaS solution. • Software maintenance, support and documentation • User Training • Performing the work required to support Authorized User(s) in the Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) process. The contract period will be for one year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to four additional one-year periods. Basis of selection: 1. To be declared responsive, a bid must: a. comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation; and b. meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria; and c. obtain the required minimum of ten (8) points overall for the technical evaluation criteria which are subject to point rating. The rating is performed on a scale of twenty-eight (28) points 2. Bids not meeting (a) or (b) or (c) will be declared non-responsive. The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price will be recommended for award of a contract. Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit at: NWR_Procurement_Bids@rcmp-grc.gc.ca Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Canada will post all amendments, including significant enquiries received and their replies, using GETS.
