RFA for Disaster Human Service Vendors

The Oregon Department of Human Services is soliciting applications under solicitation S-10000-00018293 to establish a statewide pool of qualified contractors for Disaster Human Services. The goal is to create pre-incident Price Agreements that the agency can activate via Service Request Orders to support wildfire response, stabilization, and recovery. Key services include disaster case management, human services network coordination, flexible funds administration, individual assistance implementation, and community human services support through resilience hubs. The initial term for these agreements is anticipated to extend through June 30, 2028, with services performed at various locations including shelters, government facilities, and private residences.
