RFB- 2632 SCISSOR LIFT FOR CHILD CARE RESOURCE CENTER

The Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the procurement of a 2632 Scissor Lift for its Child Care Resource Center in Oklahoma, with all proposals due by July 31, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. local time. Bidders must submit a completed mandatory bid response sheet along with proof of current TERO certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office, which is a mandatory requirement for eligibility and Indian preference consideration. The procurement follows a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable methodology, meaning award will go to the lowest-priced bidder who fully complies with all technical, administrative, and certification requirements. Delivery must occur within 30 days of purchase order issuance at the Child Care Resource Center in Oklahoma, and bidders must certify they are not debarred, suspended, or convicted of fraud or contract violations within the past three years. The Buy American Act applies to all iron, steel, and manufactured components, requiring U.S. origin.
