The Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation (APFC) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for its 50th Anniversary Media Collection Project to identify and collect professional-quality, rights-clearable materials that document the history and impact of the Permanent Fund. The agency is seeking contributions from Alaskans, organizations, researchers, historians, and creative professionals, including photographers and videographers. Desired materials include historical and archival resources, such as photos, videos, quotes, and research notes, as well as new creative project concepts for documentary storytelling and multimedia content. These materials may be utilized for the APFC annual report, anniversary videos, social media, and public education efforts. While this RFI does not guarantee a contract or establish fixed payment terms, APFC may enter into paid agreements based on the scope of work, deliverables, and available funding. Respondents are asked to provide a brief written response detailing their proposed deliverables, relevant experience, usage rights, and preliminary cost and timing estimates. APFC intends to request perpetual usage rights for selected materials and will provide credit to contributors where the format allows. All submissions must be directed to Heather Pedersen. Additionally, the project adheres to Administrative Order 352, which disqualifies entities participating in a boycott of the State of Israel, unless the business has fewer than 10 employees or the contract value is less than 100,000 dollars.
