RFP 27-01 Transportation Program Management

The City of Mableton, Georgia is seeking qualified consulting firms or teams to deliver comprehensive transportation consulting services under an on-call, task order-based contract structure. Services required include strategic planning, transportation program management, engineering support, staff augmentation, capital improvement planning, grant assistance, multimodal transportation planning, transportation safety initiatives, and organizational development, all aligned with the detailed Scope of Work. The contract will be activated as needed to support the city’s evolving transportation goals and infrastructure initiatives across various modes and functions. Proposals must be submitted by September 8, 2026, in response to solicitation number PE-66572-NONST-2027-000000014, which was posted on July 6, 2026. The City anticipates awarding one or more contracts and will evaluate firms based on their qualifications, experience, and ability to deliver high-quality professional services on an as-needed basis.
