Sealed Bids for the East Hill Road Culvert Replacement Project and associated improvements will be received by the Town of Wolcott. Scope of Work: The project generally consists of the removal of an existing damaged culvert and dry laid stone headwall at the inlet, provide and install a new 60” HDPE culvert with cast in place or pre-cast reinforced concrete headwall and wing walls at the inlet, dry laid boulder headwall at the outlet, ledge removal, stream and bank stabilization, guardrail installation, and other highway related items. Work will generally follow the Vermont Agency of Transportation 2024 Standard Specifications for Construction. Interested parties shall understand that final contract award and contract signing will be dependent of FEMA funding approval. All work shall be complete by September 15, 2026.
