Reading Area Community College (RACC) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide . Bids will be received by RACC via the PennBid platform at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com by the 21st of August, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
This will be a fixed priced contract.
All written requests for clarifications must be submitted by 18 August 2026 12:00 PM. Requests must be submitted in writing through the PennBid platform.
All Bids must be received by 12:00 PM on 21 Aug 2026 , for the above project through the PennBid portal.
RACC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, omissions, errors, mistakes, or defects in any Bid, or to accept or reject any or all bids at its sole discretion in the best interest of the College.
