The Hastings Area School System is seeking a certified Avigilon or Motorola Solutions partner to provide a turnkey professional service for the replacement and expansion of its video surveillance server infrastructure. The project involves the supply, installation, configuration, and licensing of two Avigilon Alta Cloud Connector servers, specifically model APP-3100-160-SFP, to support 278 camera channels with a minimum of 30 days of video retention. The scope of work includes full migration of existing channels, integration with the District's Active Directory for user permissions, and the provision of enterprise licensing options for five and ten years. The selected vendor must also provide system verification, commissioning, and administrative training for IT and security personnel. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope by November 17, 2026, and must include itemized pricing for hardware, software, and labor.
