RFP-NIC-260000002632-1 | NICE RFQ for Server, Enterprise, Summer 2027 per Attachment

The NICE Community School District is soliciting quotations for the procurement of one PowerEdge R570 Enterprise Server, or an approved equivalent from brands such as HPE or Lenovo, to support technology upgrades scheduled for summer 2027. This solicitation is for material supply only, and all provided equipment must be new, unused, and compliant with industry standards. Technical specifications include an Intel Xeon i6 Performance 6731P processor, 256GB of 6400MT/s RDIMM memory, a 2.5 inch chassis with up to 16 SAS4/SATA drives, a PERC H965i controller, and iDRAC-IOx Enterprise 17G management.
