The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services as necessary to support the Fredericksburg District project delivery at various phases under a Fixed Billable Rate contract. These contracts will have an initial term of one year with a maximum term value of $10,000,000.00. In addition, the Department may renew the contract for three additional terms of one year each with a value of $10,000,000.00 per term.
The limited services term on call contract will have a maximum value of $10,000,000 per term.
