Background The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) is an agency of the State of Ohio responsible for administering the Ohio workers’ compensation insurance program. BWC annually hosts the Ohio Safety Congress & Expo and is seeking photography services to capture event activities and highlights. Work Details The contractor will provide event photography services for the 2026 Ohio Safety Congress & Expo, scheduled for March 10-13, 2026, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Services include: completion of a predetermined shot list, modifications to the shot list as requested by BWC, and submission of approximately 12 images per day for social media use by 9:00 p.m. to a designated BWC contact. All image assets captured during or related to the event will be owned solely by BWC, including raw camera files and final retouched images. The contractor must deliver daily social media assets (12-15 images) via FileDrop or another approved service in JPEG format with no crop. Final assets are due by April 3, 2026. Period of Performance Estimated contract start date is September 1, 2025, with an estimated end date of June 30, 2026. The contract includes a one-year bid with a single one-year option to renew. Place of Performance The services will be performed at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio. Bidder Requirements Bidders must submit an Affirmative Action Program Verification Form if the contract amount is $5,000 or more. New suppliers must create an OH|ID account and register online with the State of Ohio. The supplier must also complete a Contractor/Subcontractor Affirmation and Disclosure Form regarding offshore services.
