The pump well #2 Drain Pumps are nearing the end of their service life and need to be replaced. Includes habitability and safety upgrades for this continuously occupied facility and its on-site control center staff; pumps are operated locally during heavy weather. This pump well supports the drainage of drydocks 1, 2, and 3 while occupied. Includes abandonment of flooding culvert and various concrete repairs to the pump well.
