Deliverable: Develop a DB-IH contract to provide repairs identified in FY23 Sanitary and Storm water inspection study. Requested Schedule: (FY26/Q3) Priority: 3 IPL Type: DLA-DLA-Energy POL SRM-DWCF PCS: Design: C1ND Architect and Engineering- Construction: Sewage and Waste Facilities PCS: Construction: Z2NZ Repair or Alteration of Other Utilities Asset Management Support: 1391 Environmental Support: (CATEX, SHPO, etc) Requirement: Deliverable: Develop a DBB-AE contract to provide repairs identified in FY23 Sanitary and Storm water inspection study. See Summarized list below. Stormwater Pipes: • Assess existing underdrain system in 145/146 containment area and repair/replace as necessary (approx. 1,200 ft length of 6” dia underdrain perf. pipe). o Intent is to intercept and divert groundwater coming up from under the containment. If current 6” perf pipes are insufficient, upsizing to 8” or adding additional underdrain piping may be considered. • Tank 145 containment storm drain – replace damaged pipe section (approx. 100’ length of 12” dia PVC). • Tank 146 containment storm drain – replace damaged pipe section (approx. 100’ length of 12” dia PVC). • Tank 147 containment storm drain – replace damaged pipe section (approx. 200’ length of 12” dia PVC). • Tank 148 containment storm drain – replace damaged pipe section (approx. 150’ length of 12” dia PVC). • Tank 149 containment storm drain – replace damaged pipe section (approx. 150’ length of 12” dia PVC). • B185 drainage connection – replace crushed pipe between B185 and H/10-2 (approx. 100’ length of 4” dia PVC perf. pipe). • Pipe between Tank 27 and K/16-1 – Replace damaged pipe section (approx. 150’ length of 6” dia PVC). o Note: Pushcam found a significant break in the pipe ...
