Roll-Off Dumpster Rental Service

The California Military Department is soliciting proposals for roll-off dumpster rental and non-hazardous waste removal services at the National Guard facility located at 100 Armory Dr., San Francisco, California. The contractor is required to provide two 40-yard roll-off dumpsters for a 30-day period, starting on or around October 19, 2026, and concluding on November 20, 2026. The scope of work includes the delivery of the containers, maintenance of the equipment in a clean and operational condition, and the final pickup and disposal of all waste in accordance with San Francisco Environment and Health Codes and Cal/OSHA safety requirements. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive proposal from a qualified and responsible contractor. Proposals must be submitted by October 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM, and all inquiries must be directed to Ash Erickson by September 25, 2026. To be considered responsive, bidders must submit a completed proposal and statement of compliance, Darfur Contracting Act Certification, and various contractor certification clauses.
