The interim bridge cContract for Full Food Services (FFS) at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, was awarded to the South Carolina State Licensing Agency (SLA) on December 29, 2009 under the provision of the Randolph-Sheppard Act. The South Carolina SLA chose the SCCB as its licensee.
