Full Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is searching for vendors with the capability to provide rental and installation of seasonal holiday décor at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center and various Community-Based Outpatient Clinics in and around the Chicago, IL area. Vendor must be able to install décor no later than one week before or after Thanksgiving and remove no later than one week after New Year s Day. Use of subcontractors to perform work is not permitted. Potential vendors shall have experience specializing in designing and installing holiday décor for commercial businesses with a minimum of ten (10) years experience in the indoor plant rental & maintenance service industry, with experience managing a similar contract in a medical center environment. All interested responsible sources must submit a brief summary of their capabilities to this office by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 12, 2018, to include detailed description of the firm s experience, DUNS number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed. Summaries must be submitted via email to contact@example.gov. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The procurement will be competed under NACIS 532289.
