The Fort Knox Mission and Installation Contracting Center - Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to the Arkansas National Guard Morale, Welfare & Recreation Center, Camp Robinson, Arkansas 72199, to provide meals for the U S Army Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC), 7TH Brigade, US Army Cadet Command, Fort Knox, KY.
