San Poil Treatment Center 6 Cords of Fir Wood

The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation is seeking bids for the procurement and delivery of 6 cords of fir wood for the sweat lodge at the San Poil Treatment Center located in Keller, Washington. The wood must be cut to 14 inches and delivered split and stacked as soon as possible following the bid closing date of October 23, 2026. Contractors are expected to be available to work weekdays, weekends, and all federal, tribal, and state holidays without an overtime rate. Qualified bidders must submit their proposals by 5:30 pm Pacific Standard Time on October 23, 2026, to the Contract Officer of the Purchasing Program via mail or email. Required submission documentation includes proof of vehicle insurance. The selected contractor must provide a signed Certification Regarding Debarment and Suspension and obtain all necessary permits, specifically a resale permit from Forestry. This award is subject to Indian preference requirements in accordance with the Colville Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance and related contracting chapters. Any subsequent increases in the contract price will require a written modification.
