Santa Rosa Downtown Station Area Specific Plan (DSASP) Update

The City of Santa Rosa is pursuing a property exchange as part of the Downtown Station Area Specific Plan update. Under this agreement, the City will trade ownership of properties located at 90 Santa Rosa Avenue, 631 First Street, 655 First Street, and a specific portion of 100 Santa Rosa Avenue in exchange for the Museum on the Square property situated at 520 Third Street and 521 Second Street. Following the exchange, the City will retain approximately 1.61 acres at 100 Santa Rosa Avenue and will utilize the Museum on the Square building as the new City Hall. This project is managed by the City of Santa Rosa's planning department.
