This Request for Supply Arrangement ("RFSA") is an opportunity for any interested suppliers to submit an arrangement in order to a become qualified supplier and to be authorized to provide services on an "as and when requested " basis for any work related to scheduled, dedicated transportation and related services which will mainly consist of scheduled dedicated mail and freight distribution runs and related services, intra and/or inter buildings, located in the National Capital Region or in major city centers in Canada. The origin and destination of the deliveries will normally be between Federal Government offices, but may not be limited to only those offices. Deliveries will be within city limits or contiguous areas of the city; some exceptions may apply.
