No other offers will be considered. SeaPort MAC holders will need to register for PIEE accounts in order to receive solicitations and submit proposals/offers.*** The SeaPort NxG 8(a) only set-aside is not functional at this moment in PIEE, so it sends the notice to all Small Businesses in the PIEE System. At this time, only 8(a) SeaPort NxG holder are eligible to respond to this solicitation.*** The Government is releasing a Request for Proposal for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract, with a one-year base period and four one-year options. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330, Engineering Services. The Product Support Code is R425, Support ? Professional: Engineering/Technical. This procurement is a FAR 16.507-2 fair opportunity competition and is solicited as an 8(a) set aside for SeaPort NxG MAC holders. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government utilizing the Best Value Trade-Off approach. Technical requirements will be set forth in the RFP. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the Government. The requests of all foreign parties will be required to go through the foreign disclosure process for release authorization. Those foreign entities requesting access to the CUI documents must submit a request via email with their company CAGE code, country of origin and to which specific documents they would like access. The prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
