Full Description
The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City requires provision of Security Upgrades at new and existing USG-owned, leased or managed residential properties in compliance with Post’s Regional Security Office. This shall include providing and installing security grilles and other necessary physical security features to the interior and exterior of the residential properties.
The anticipated performance period is for a base year plus a 2-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract.
The Government is planning a Site Visit and the date for this visit will be stated in the solicitation.
All contractors are to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
