The contractor must develop an interview guide directed to the private sector with a series of questions to gather information on the reuse of technologies and expertise acquired through a CSA contract, grant, or contribution on Earth or in space, and on the resulting success stories.
The contractor must conduct semi-structured telephone interviews lasting about 15 minutes with approximately 145 respondents. To this end, a list of respondents based on the financing awarded by the CSA in the past seven years will be provided to the contractor by the technical authority. Given some missing information in the CSA’s company database, the contractor must validate and update the list of respondents.
