Service Treatment Records in Support of BUMED

The contract requires comprehensive services for the processing, inventory, tracking, and final disposition of Service Treatment Records (STRs), including dental records and loose late-flowing medical documentation, for Navy Service Members who have separated or retired from the Total Force, encompassing Active Duty, Reserve, and those with remaining Inactive Service Obligations. Work is performed at a contractor-operated facility within 50 miles of the BUMED Project Management Office in St. Louis, Missouri, while inspection and acceptance occur at the BUMED EAA facility in Falls Church, Virginia. Contracts are structured as Firm Fixed Price with a base period from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, and up to four one-year option periods extending through May 31, 2031. All deliverables must comply with the Performance Work Statement and incorporate strict quality controls, including 100% inspection of outputs with an acceptable quality level exceeding 95% and full conformity to the contractor’s Quality Control Plan.
