Invitation to tender 01B46-22-108Services for boilers at St-Hyacinthe Research and Development CentreTenders for the project indicated above, will be accepted at the following address, up to the tender closing date and time indicated below: aafc.escprocurement-cseapprovisionnement.aac@agr.gc.ca Scope of Work:Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) requires the services of a Contractor to provide labour for periodic inspections and occasional one-time replacement of AAFC’s Stationary Engineer.Site Visit:It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangementshave been made for the site visit to be held at 3600 Casavant Ouest, St-Hyacinthe, QC on November 2nd, 2022. The site visit will begin at 10AM (EDT).Bidders are requested to communicate with Mr. Mongeau by email at AlexandreJean.Mongeau@AGR.GC.CA no later than October 31, 2022 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternativeappointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation and will be posted on Buyandsell.gc.ca.Tender Period Closing Date and Time: November 15, 2022 at 02:00 pm (EST).Information requests and inquiries related to this tender process are to be directed, in writing, ONLY to the AAFC Contract Officer identified below.
