La présente procédure ouverte a pour objet de retenir une firme de services professionnels multidisciplinaires afin d’accompagner la Cité de Dorval dans la planification, la conception et la réalisation des projets de rénovation des parcs Courtland, Jean-Paul Bernier et Westwood.
