This is a Sources Sought issued for conducting market research and identifying potential sources. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). No solicitation is being issued at this time, and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract.
The purpose of this notice is to identify potential vendors, including small businesses, capable of providing services to upgrade 163 Siemens Building Automation System panels for 90 facilities at Moody AFB, GA. Potential vendors must be authorized to work on Siemens equipment in order to maintain warranty considerations.
Work performed on this project will include the following:
- Audit and inventory of all 163 existing panels.
- Transition of each panel from Static IP configuration to Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) configuration to comply with Air Force Client Operations in a Networked Environment (COIN) v3 updates.
