OBJECTIVE The Canadian Space Agency (CSA) is seeking a contractor to provide the equipment, labour and de-icing salt required to carry out snow removal and ice control services for the parking lot at the John H. Chapman Space Centre during the winter season, in a safe, efficient manner and in accordance with applicable standards. TERM OF THE CONTRACT: Work is to be performed during the period of the award contract to April 30, 2027. OPTIONAL PERIOD The Contractor grants Canada the irrevocable option(s) to extend the Contract by up to four (4) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same terms and conditions and at the prices, rates, or both stated in the Contract. OPTIONAL WORK SITE VISIT Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on August 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM. It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.
