The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal submission deadline due date to July 24, 2026 by 1700 hrs. (East Africa Time) and to provide answers to vendor’s questions (see attached Q &As on page 2-3)



All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between this amendment and the original solicitation, the terms of this amendment shall govern and take precedence.
