The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City requires a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services to the Photovoltaic System in two different buildings throughout the period of performance.


The anticipated performance period is for a base year plus a 4-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.


The Government is planning a Site Visit and the date for this visit will be stated in the solicitation.


Offerors/Quoters shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.203-1. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, Offerors/Quoters are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
