Solicitation Notice for Preventive Maintenance of Emergency Generators

Services encompass all labor, materials, tools, transportation, insurance, and resources necessary to meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards, including semi-annual and annual inspections, testing, adjustments, troubleshooting, and replacement of consumables, with a requirement for two scheduled maintenance visits per year for each unit and emergency response within 24 hours of notification. All work must be performed by qualified personnel using Cummins In-Power Software for diagnostics, with Material Safety Data Sheets provided for all hazardous materials and proper disposal of toxic waste included in pricing. The contract is firm fixed price, payable entirely in Brunei Dollars, with no adjustment for currency fluctuations, and includes an Independent Government Cost Estimate of $212,660 for the base year and four one-year options, though the total authorized contracting period is limited to three years with possible extensions not exceeding six months. The contractor must submit detailed documentation including a strategic maintenance plan, maintenance schedule, OEM certifications, insurance certificates, and personnel biographies and police clearances within specified timeframes after award. Invoicing requires submission of a signed maintenance checklist for each service, with payment due 30 days after service completion or invoice receipt, whichever is later, and must be sent to the embassy’s designated financial office in Brunei.
