The Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance services for two (2) Cummins diesel generator sets located at the Chancery Compound, including all labor, materials, tools, equipment, consumables, supervision, transportation, insurance, and any other resources necessary to perform the services in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty requirements and recommendations.


The services shall include maintenance, inspection, testing, adjustment, troubleshooting, and replacement of consumable items as required to ensure the generators and associated equipment remain in proper operating condition.


The equipment covered under this requirement includes:


  1. One (1) 352DFEH Cummins Diesel Generator Set, 400 KVA, 416/240V, 50Hz, 3-Phase, Wye configuration, including:
    • One (1) OTPC600 Transfer Switch – Onan Cummins, PwrCmd, 600 Amps, 4 Poles; and
    • One (1) Remote Annunciator Panel.
  2. One (1) 28DGBB Cummins Diesel Generator Set, 30 KVA, 416/240V, 50Hz, 3-Phase, Wye configuration, including:
    • One (1) OTPC300 Transfer Switch – Onan Cummins, PwrCmd, 300 Amps, 4 Poles;
    • One (1) Remote Annunciator Panel; and
    • One (1) Remote Start Controller Panel.

All services shall be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.


The Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) for the total potential period of performance, inclusive of the base year and four (4) one-year option periods, is US$212,660.
