THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY.
This notice is not a solicitation, request for quotation, or request for proposal. The Government will not award a contract based on this notice and will not reimburse respondents for costs associated with preparing or submitting a response.
Compact Robotic Prescription Dispensing System Lease Agreement for the dispensing system used to provide incarcerated inmate population at Federal Correctional Institution Leavenworth in Leavenworth, Kansas with pharmaceuticals. Please see the attached Statement of Work.
The Government will use the information received to assist in developing its acquisition strategy, including determining:
- The availability of capable businesses;
- Whether the requirement may be set aside for small businesses or a specific socioeconomic category;
- Whether the services are available through GSA Multiple Award Schedule SIN 532490 or another Government contract vehicle;
- Customary commercial practices applicable to the requirement; and
- Appropriate solicitation and contract terms.
The anticipated service start date is October 1, 2026.

RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS
